NAD+ nasal spray formulated at 20 mg/mL — the highest concentration in the product range. Because NAD+ is sensitive to oxygen, the solution is protected through nitrogen saturation and a nitrogen-filled headspace. The dosage regimen is determined by a physician.

NAD+ 20.0 mg, benzalkonium chloride 0.05 mg, L-methionine 1.0 mg, sodium chloride 9.0 mg, phosphate buffer (disodium phosphate 0.12 mg / sodium dihydrogen phosphate 1.0 mg), disodium EDTA 0.1 mg, water for injection up to 1 mL.
