NAD+ 20.0 mg, benzalkonium chloride 0.05 mg, L-methionine 1.0 mg, sodium chloride 9.0 mg, phosphate buffer (disodium phosphate 0.12 mg / sodium dihydrogen phosphate 1.0 mg), disodium EDTA 0.1 mg, water for injection up to 1 mL.

2–4 sprays of 0.1 mL per day (4–8 mg of active ingredient). The physician determines the specific regimen within this range.
